We take great care to ensure your Rae Shields keepsake arrives safely and beautifully. All orders are handcrafted and shipped from our studio in North Carolina.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We are pleased to offer shipping across the United States. Please note the following:

• Complimentary Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $350.
• Signature Requirement: For your security and peace of mind, a signature will be required upon delivery for all orders over $300. If you wish to waive this requirement, please contact us at info@raeshields.com after placing your order. Please note that if the signature is waived, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Shipping Costs: For orders under $350, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Tracking Your Order: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your custom piece is on its way to you.

International Shipping

To our friends around the globe, thank you for your interest! Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working hard to make Rae Shields available to our global community and hope to reach you soon.
